spoon #5

...in progress. I've just realised I've sent this off to be framed without having taken photos of it finished. Ah well...

Hi,
I just found your site. I really love looking at your tapestries. I am fairly new to weaving, and just finished a series of persimmons (all are small 5"X5"). I am now starting a larger tapestry of a bucket on a beach.

I was curious, do you weave all your tapestries on a wooden frame? Do you have another type of loom?

Thanks,
Susan

Hi Susan,
Yes I use a wooden frame (a canvas stretcher in fact) for all my work.
All the best,
Meabh

Hi Meabh, I have just come across your blog, and wondered if we went to The Grennan Mill at the same time, late 1980's. You would have known me as Sue Gray, and I would love to hear from you.
